This webinar will draw on recent work in the area of behavioral psychology and motivational interviewing to provide strategies for engaging with clients.  Attendees will learn about different methods for determining levels of motivation and how best to maintain that motivation. These same methods can be adapted to training sessions with staff and managing Projects with multiple partners.
