Full course description
Since the pandemic, the number of people working with a disability has increased. Because of this, large businesses are developing resources and programs aimed at helping their employees thrive both on and off the job. Today, you will find that many large businesses offer a safe space where people with disabilities and allies can go to openly discuss issues that they face on the job. In this training, we take a look at some of these resources and programs and talk about why they are so important.
